We can't visit, so we're asking you to send us photos that best reflect how the day-to-day has changed in your data center.

Data Center Knowledge has a favor to ask. We are trying to the best of our ability to document the impact of the coronavirus pandemic and the associated lockdowns on the data center industry by talking to as many people on the ground as we can. But language has its limits.

Obviously, there’s no way we can visit any of your data centers at the moment. Still, we want to see with our own eyes how work inside data centers has changed because of the crisis.

And here’s the ask. Please, send us photos that best reflect how the day-to-day has changed in your data center. It could be photos of masked personnel. It could be a hand-sanitizer dispensers in a cold aisle. It could be a sign that reads no-one is allowed inside because of the social-distancing requirements. It could be any image you feel tells the story of how the industry is meeting this unprecedented challenge.

We’ll publish the best photos on our site to preserve this unique moment in history as a lesson for future generations of mission-critical infrastructure professionals.
