An Internal Systems Developer is responsible for building the Linux and Windows server management, provisioning, compliance, help desk and automation tools that FireHost leverages to maximize efficiency while maintaining security and PCI-DSS and HIPPA compliance, among others. Firehost's Internal Systems Developers are required to meet deadlines and develop automated solutions that work with an extremely high degree of reliability. A Network/Systems Engineer will be responsible for network architecture, network and server provisioning and troubleshooting. This position customer and internal support and technical issue resolution via e-mail, telephone, chat,; setups/configures corporate server(s) in accordance with provisioning orders and/or support requests; and setups/manages network, security, wireless, and IP telephony infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, gateways, LAN/WAN). A Technical Support Analyst will handle support requests submitted by internal and external customers and work hands-on to resolve the issues. The analysts are also responsible for the logical and technical implementation of customer solutions including (but not limited to) servers and networking gear.
