ViaWest Expands Data Center in Portland, Oregon

Managed hosting and cloud services provider ViaWest has expanded its Oregon data center, adding 23,000 square feet of space at the Hillsboro Complex.

Managed hosting and cloud services provider ViaWest has expanded its Oregon data center, adding 23,000 square feet of space at the Hillsboro Complex. With the additional space, ViaWest now has more than 50,000 square feet of sellable space in Hillsboro, a suburb of Portland that is home to a growing data center cluster.

ViaWest’s expansion is driven by significant growth in the region over the past year. Customers across all verticals and company sizes have sought additional capacity within the Hillsboro Complex, the comany said.
