Infinity SDC Opens Slough Data Center

UK data center operator Infinity SDC announced that it has opened its Slough data center facility, in the heart of the UK's IT corridor. Slough is a key communications hub connecting the M4 corridor with the rest of the world.

As Infinity's first purpose-built data center, it was developed with real estate investment trust company SEGRO, and provides 92,000 square feet of technical space.  The facility is supported by 34MVA of power, and has 250kW data halls.  It provides connectivity options to multiple ISPs and a large choice of telecommunications carriers including BT, Virgin Media, Colt, Zayo, Level 3, Easynet and Geo Networks.
