Peak 10 Adds Data Center in Ft. Lauderdale

Peak 10 Inc. has opened its second data center facility in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., the company said today. The 11,000 square foot addition to an existing site brings Peak 10’s total raised floor footprint in south Florida to 66,000 square feet.

The 11,000 square foot addition to an existing site brings Peak 10’s total raised floor footprint in south Florida to 66,000 square feet. Peak 10 operates nine other technology campuses in the U.S.

“Our team has seen an increasing demand for our consultative approach to delivering rock solid solutions to customers across all industries," said Stefan Pittinger, regional vice president and general manager of Peak 10 South Florida. "We are glad to have our South Florida 2 facility open for business to meet this demand. Peak 10 provides cloud computing and cloud storage services to a growing number of high-growth companies, making it a business engine for the South Florida region’s economic development and stability. Our new expansion and steady growth are a direct result of these high-growth customers.”

The second South Florida data center is interconnected with Peak 10’s private network so customers can leverage 20 data centers in nine other markets when implementing disaster recovery solutions.
