After close consultation with our partners in the data center industry, we’ve made the difficult decision to reschedule Data Center World to August 24-27, 2020.
Upon learning the news of San Antonio’s local state of disaster and public health emergency on Monday, and in light of corporate travel considerations continuing to escalate, we worked as quickly as possible to secure new dates so that you can adjust your plans accordingly.
Having spent the past year preparing for the event with our advisory boards, speakers, exhibitors and event partners, we're genuinely disappointed not to be able to host you in the coming weeks, but the experience and safety of our community and everyone involved in the event continues to be our top priority.
To reiterate, we are pleased to confirm Data Center World 2020 will now take place August 24-27 in San Antonio, Texas. Every year, we look forward to connecting with the community and sharing the vision of the data center together.
We will automatically transfer your registration to the dates of August 24-27 to help make this a seamless transition for you. In the next week, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration along with updated event and hotel information as well as additional details.
Individuals who have made hotel reservations inside the Data Center World room block will not have to pay penalties or fees associated with their reservations. **Please note, you must contact the hotel directly and cancel your reservation within the 72-hour cancellation window or you will be liable for the room charge. In the meantime, all applicable pass holders will receive a copy of our State of Data Center - 2020 Vision report. We know you’ve come to expect this highly anticipated report onsite at the event and wanted to share the results of the study with you now. Please expect a copy to hit your inbox in the next 5-7 business days.
