DCI Buys Huge Denver Data Center
DCI Technology Holdings has bought a vacant 281,170 square foot Denver data center in Aurora, Colo. previously operated by AT&T and owned by T-Rex Capital, LLC. The property includes a large data center, network operations center (NOC) and office space, is served by two electrical feeders which can provide a total of 13 megawatts of power.
"The growth of companies like YouTube, Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and the growing IT needs of corporate enterprise are evidence of the increased demand for good quality data center space with sufficient power," said Dan Schryer, Managing Partner of Palo Alto-based DCI Tech Holdings. "This facility is perfect for a corporate enterprise looking for an immediate high quality data center and also has the versatility of providing a world class NOC facility along with sufficient office space to support an HQ or large regional office requirement."
