The Critical Facility Engineer is responsible for maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients, responding to customer service requests in a timely manner, responding to emergency calls, performing routine maintenance tasks in accordance with McKinstry Safety Policy and Procedures, inspecting buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, troubleshooting, evaluating and recommending system upgrades, ordering parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs, and soliciting proposals for outsourced work.
