Friday Funny: Data Center Bubble
T.G.I.F.F.! Thank Goodness It’s the Friday Funny! Let’s end of the work week with a little humor.
Here’s how it works: We provide the cartoon (drawn by Diane Alber, our favorite data center cartoonist) and you, our readers, submit the captions. We then choose finalists and the readers vote for their favorite funniest suggestion. The winner will receive their caption in a print signed by Diane. Please visit Diane’s website Kip and Gary for more of her data center humor. Congrats to last time’s winner “DDay,” who submitted, “Who says geeks don’t have a night life?”
Below is our “Data Center Bubble” cartoon for the Data Center Knowledge caption contest. Please submit your funniest caption. Diane writes, “A lot of the large data center players constantly develop new ways to make their data center more efficient. Some build their own servers, some create solar farms and others build data centers where no one thought they could be built. So I toyed with an idea that Kip and Gary wanted to be the first to do something innovative in the data center world so. . .they created the data center “bubble” and some of the big guys had to show up to check it out. . .”
