The Lead Facility Tech will be responsible for performing first responder duties for all facility infrastructure incidents and emergencies, coordinating and maintaining performance maintenance activities and schedules; operating and maintaining infrastructure systems including, but not limited to, cable plant and fiber entrance, power systems, HVAC, raised floor systems, automation and control systems, fire detection and suppression systems and security systems; assisting facility manager in producing scheduled and adhoc reports by gathering data and maintaining facility databases; supporting regulatory compliance by updating the facility operations handbook, training and other SAS70 documentation; and assisting Accounting in maintaining asset management databases.
