More Highlights From The Uptime Symposium 2012

Data center professionals, consultants, researchers and industry vendors convened on Santa Clara for the seventh annual Uptime Institute Symposium. There was an emphasis on modular approaches to data center builds and the latest developments in energy efficiency and green data center technology as well as lessons learned.

Data center professionals, consultants, researchers and industry vendors convened on Santa Clara for the seventh annual from The Uptime Institute, which wrapped up yesterday. The event included keynotes, workshops, networking and sessions which focused on describing innovations in the growing pre-fabricated modular data center markets, sharing the latest developments in energy efficiency and greener data center operations as well as learning from large and small operators in the industry.

While a large portion of the Expo Hall at Uptime Symposium 2012 this week was dedicated to the "Modular Data Center Campus," the rest of the exhibition space featured suppliers and vendors demonstrating and displaying their gear and services for the data center industry.
