CoreLink Unveils Expanded Network Monitoring

Data center provider CoreLink announced the availability of an expanded suite of network monitoring services that track business networks’ health and overall performance.

Data center provider CoreLink announced the availability of an expanded suite of network monitoring services that track business networks’ health and overall performance.

The monitoring service looks at network infrastructure and application health, and its delivery of custom data-driven statistical, logging and graphics-rich reports. It can document and analyze business network patterns, activities and potential vulnerabilities to prevent potential failures and costly system downtime. Monitoring can be customized through testing and analyzing the client's IT environment, understanding network monitoring challenges, and then providing a recommendation based on the analysis. Services include monitoring of applications, networks, fault prevention, network health monitoring and custom reporting.

"Our network monitoring services are designed to increase critical infrastructure uptime while reducing overall risks," said Jason Weisberger, CoreLink’s Chief Technology Officer. "Office employees do not lose phone calls or miss e-mail messages, and applications are readily available and stable. Most importantly, customers have full, uninterrupted 24/7 access to businesses."

CoreLink’s fault prevention services also discover and correct network performance issues to avoid impacting users or causing system outages. Expanded network monitoring is delivered through Chicago, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Seattle data centers and builds upon a portfolio of data center and managed security services.

"CoreLink’s network health monitoring uses dedicated tools and staff to track network activity; to detect, discover and document performance issues; and to quickly correct system abnormalities," Weisberger said. "By leveraging industry best practices, our monitoring services reduce system downtime and ensure network, system and application availability. This has the added benefit of lowering costs related to complying with HIPAA, GLBA and other regulations."
