Robert Scoble of Rackspace interviews Frank Frankovsky, Director, Technical Operations at Facebook, and a founder of the Open Compute Project [1]. The wide-ranging conversation in this 19-minute video shot at the second Open Compute Summit covers the progress of the Open Compute Project, vendor involvement, lessons learned at Facebook’s data centers and touches on their plans for a new facility in Sweden [2]. The summit included the announcement of the Open Compute Project Foundation’s formation [3].
