SNIA Europe and Angel Business Communications’ triumvirate of conferences returns this year under the new theme “Powering the Cloud.”  The conferences, SNW Europe, Datacenter Technologies and Virtualization World will be held on November 2-3 at Congress Frankfurt in Frankfurt, Germany.

The conferences will offer a wide variety of educational content reflecting the latest trends and developments in the industry as well as a comprehensive expo floor featuring IT vendors in data security, storage and protection, desktop, server, storage and network virtualization and data center architectures and technologies. The 451 Group, an analyst firm now in partnership with the organizers, will contribute to all three conference agendas.

The keynote program will feature John Manville, Cisco VP of IT Network and Data Center Services, who will present “Data Center Transformation – Cisco’s Virtualization and Cloud Journey” which explores Cisco’s IT strategy for strengthening its competitive advantage by demonstrating the value of the “Network as the Platform.”

The conference program will also include case studies and a vast array of SNIA tutorials covering server, storage, network and application virtualization, cloud-based architectures, data security, tiered storage, FCoE and solid state storage.  BITKOM is a conference partner for the fifth consecutive year. Demartek, and independent testing house focusing on real-world lab validation testing of server, network, storage and security technologies, is also a partner. The Data Centre Alliance and The Green Grid will also be attending the event.
