ZBB Enters Data Center Power Segment With DC Design Win - ZBB Energy Corporation (Amex: ZBB) announced a collaboration with Universal Electric to provide uninterrupted power to DC voltage lighting loads, rack power to servers and other miscellaneous loads at a major data center in a trial program. Over the course of the project, the system will include the ZBB EnerStore V3 flow battery and a ZBB EnerSection power and control center with photovoltaic (PV) and wind inputs, along with a fixed 380v DC output for continuous power output while tied to the grid. RTS Selects Equinix as Provider in Germany - Global trading solutions provider RTS Realtime Systems Group has chosen Equinix, Inc. as the provider of its newest low latency global data center in Germany. The RTS data center, which offers hosting and co-location services, will be located at Equinix's FR2 facility in Frankfurt, enabling RTS to continue to offer low latency sensitive clients the fastest access to Eurex and Xetra markets.
