The Data Center Planner will ensure the continuous operations and availability of Critical Environmental Systems (CES) supporting the computing, storage and network platforms; manage the Data Center’s space, power and cooling capabilities to provide the most efficient and effective use of resources; review resource requests and make recommendations and coordinate deployments using industry accepted “Best Practices;” and develop allocation models, identify trends, make recommendations and develop plans for future growth.
