Closer Look: Lee Technologies

Lee Technologies announced Monday that it is being acquired by Schneider Electric. What capabilities will this deal bring to Schneider’s already expansive data center portfolio? Here’s an overview from John Lee, the chairman and CEO of Lee Technologies, recorded at Data Center World in 2010. Lee spoke with us about how the factors influencing companies to consider staffing specialists, along with the company’s growing focus on providing staffing for public sector data centers. In October 2010 Lee Technologies introduced a modular data center offering called Flexible Solutions, which uses containers to house both IT gear and support equipment for power and cooling systems. Flexible Solutions sharpened Lee Technologies’ focus on projects offering phased data center build-outs, with a particular emphasis on the needs of government and military customers.
