• Video: CEO Jim Trout on Vantage’s Strategy

Earlier this week we wrote about Vantage Data Centers’ completion of the first of three new data centers it is building on a $300 million campus in Santa Clara, Calif. In this video, Vantage CEO Jim Trout discusses the company’s strategy, including its focus on the campus approach to data center development, the intersection of scalability and efficiency, and its focus on innovation in facility design. Trout also says that although the company is focused on the Santa Clara project, it is also keeping an eye on other top-tier data center markets. “We’ve analyzed 9 to 10 markets around the United States,” says Trout. This video from Converge Digest runs about 5 minutes.
