The Senior Cloud Support Engineer will operate to ITIL service management principles, providing senior level technical support to Key accounts utilizing the Savvis Symphony Virtual Private Data Center (VPDC) service offering. The SAVVIS Facilities Electrical Lead is accountable for planning, maintenance, and documentation of IDC operations and associated mission critical infrastructures.
