Colorado Data Center Sells for $13 Million

A subsidiary of Liberty Advisory Group has bought a 92,000 square foot data center in Broomfield, Colorado for $12.85 million, according to local media.

A subsidiary of Liberty Advisory Group has bought a 92,000 square foot data center in Broomfield, Colorado for $12.85 million, according to local media. The Daily Camera in Boulder reports that the facility is fully-leased by insurer TIAA-CREF, which will remain in place under the new ownership. The seller was the California State Automobile Association Inter-Insurance Bureau.

The Broomfield Corporate Center had "a substanital amount of interest," Riki Hashimoto of Grubb & Ellis told the paper. "We're seeing very active investor groups and a very active marketplace."
