With the new site, FiberMedia expands a data center network that includes existing facilities in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Jersey City, Westchester county, Cleveland and Miami.

FiberMedia’s president and chief executive officer Michael Roark told The Record that the new NYSE Euronext data center in Mahwah “has really changed the complexion of what’s happening in northern New Jersey.” While the NYSE data center was not a primary reason for expanding to Secaucus, Roark said “it really strengthened the business case of us being there.”
