As the owner of that datacenter, I must include a disclaimer, it’s an engineering lab not a production datacenter, hence the cable mess. Which in practice is quite manageable considering cables are re-run constantly. And the colors signify length of cable.

The video says go to the website, click on the “i” in the lower right hand side of the site, and you will be told how the trick is done. Great! Only there is no “i” to click on. Extremely poor marketing execution.
