		<description>Linda, Long term Cloud Computing may change computing forever, but short term it makes a lot of sense to see the cloud as just another platform. Just like companies have Windows , Unix/Linux and maybe a Mainframe platform, they now will have one or more Cloud platforms. An yes, in that case it makes a lot of sense to have a Service Management solution that can monitor the business processes across multiple platforms, even more then traditionally.</description>
