Many service providers are striving to become Cloud Services Brokerages. An example is Telstra, a large carrier in Australia. Last year they launched a cloud services marketplace called T-Suite: http://telstra.com/t-suite where they aggregate services delivery for a dozen cloud services including internally-hosted services as well as ones from external cloud providers including Microsoft Online Services.

Jamcracker provides a platform that enables companies to do this: http://www.jamcracker.com/Platform

Enterprise IT organizations use it to manage hybrid clouds (private and public clouds): http://www.jamcracker.com/Unified-Services-Management-1
