How are customers trying to make sense of cloud computing? The conversation has shifted in recent months, according to James Urquhart, a cloud computing evangelist at Cisco Systems and blogger at The Wisdom of Clouds. James discussed customer trends with Dell's Barton George at the recent CloudWorld event, including the fact that many companies are unaware that they're already using cloud services - including one that found 50 employees with expenses from Amazon Web Services.
