    Ever have trouble deciding on a gift for a co-worker? The staff at SoftLayer wanted to ensure that Chief Operations Officer Sam Fleitman had a memorable birthday. So they applied their experience in planning and operations to ensure a smooth delivery of the gift(s). That’s where the 10,000 bouncy balls come in.
