		<description>all of the data centers that had outages are ~10 years old.  fisher plaza is an office building.  how old is rackspace dallas?  -did this one have the bakers racks &amp; tower servers in it??   all of these old colo&#039;s are Faking It re the cloud, density, etc.  these dc&#039;s were never designed for these loads.  &gt;&gt; Fire!!</description>
