Cisco on Government Cloud Computing

We’ve written a lot about the growing opportunity for cloud computing in the federal government, and the opportunities it presents for companies in the data center sector. In this video, Cisco Systems’ Steve Picot discusses the benefits cloud computing offers for government IT operations, and how Cisco sees its Unified Computing System as a platform for delivering cloud services. This video runs about 3 minutes.

Cisco has an accompanying video in which Picot discusses cloud security [1] for government computing. For additional video, check out our DCK video archive [2] and the Data Center Videos [3]channel on YouTube.
