		<description>As someone who has been involved in both data center development and lobbying on technology issues, I feel strongly that an inclusive group is stronger for the reach that it brings as far as having a presence in as many congressional districts and states as possible and for ensuring an industry concensus on major issues. I can guarantee you that if you organize an association of only the largest operators, you will soon find an association or caucus of the rest of the owners and operators.</description>
