Hi Julien.

As is often the case, the companies are each claiming different "firsts." ADC was the first to announce pre-certification for LEED Platinum in June 2008. It sought pre-certification because it's a wholesale provider and was still seeking tenants. Citi Frankfurt is the first completed, fully-populated data center to gain full LEED Platinum certification, which it annnounced in April 2009. So it's sort of an apples-to-oranges comparison, even within the LEED spec.
