• Cloud Connect: Metadata and Cloud Portability

    Cloud portability may be more complicated that is generally understood. Alistair Croll, an analyst at BitCurrent, says the value of metadata in cloud computing platforms may become an issue in migrating applications from one provider to another. Alistair discusses the issue in this video from Barton George, which was recorded at the recent Cloud Connect conference in Mountain View. This video runs about 2 minutes, 30 seconds.
