A Look at The HP Oracle Database Machine

A look at the HP Oracle Database Machine, as introduced by Larry Ellison of Oracle (ORCL) and Mark Hurd of HP (HPQ).

HP and Oracle have teamed up on The HP Oracle Database Machine, a system designed to run large, multi-terabyte data warehouses and built around the Oracle Exadata Storage Server. In this video from last week's Oracle OpenWorld, Oracle CEO Larry Ellison introduces the new product - which marks Oracle's entry into the hardware market - with an assist from HP CEO Mark Hurd. This video runs about 4 minutes.
