		<description>Erm, why should this even be an issue?  Just don&#039;t locate them between Africa and the US coast.  Put them in areas of the ocean where Hurricanes don&#039;t occur like off the west coast of the US.  OMG it&#039;s a miracle!  Problem solved!  YAY!</description>

		<description>Pretty sure that they won&#039;t need to worry about tsunamis when they&#039;re 3-5 miles off shore.  Hurricanes are another story.  Neat idea, though.</description>
