Did the data center incorporate electrical testing into their predictive and preventative maintenance program, to avoid electrical disasters before they happen. This can be done via Thermal Imaging (IR) and Ultra Sonic testing devices which will pinpoint and predict up to 66% of electrical problems (#1 cause of fires in buildings today is electrical)before they turn into disasters. The other third (33%) can be picked up via visual inspection by a licensed electrician.
