		<description>Rich - You can get your answer on the density.  You should be able to get the information from the power utility in Oregon.   I have driven by this facility on a recent trip to the northwest.  I can assure you the facilities there are in the 40-60MW range for total load based on the transformers in the yard.  This puts them at between 50-60MW total for the two buildings.
