		<description>Rich, none of these bldgs are currently datacenters.  Two of them are offices and one is a partially built clean room that has part of the MEP infrastructure installed to be a clean room, not a datacenter.  it could be converted to be used as a datacenter with some serious investment.  The location is sweet for sure as its a couple hundred yards from the new SVP generation plant and around the corner from the raymond substation.
