Emily Litella on Microsoft-Yahoo
Friday’s market rumors about a deal between Microsoft and Yahoo set off a frenzy of speculative blogging. At one point the Microsoft-Yahoo posts filled the entire first screen at TechMeme. Within 24 hours, the hubbub subsided as reports emerged that the talks were off, or never very “on” to begin with.
So, to quote Emily Litella: “Never mind.”
