AFCOM, the leading association for data center professionals, will hold its spring Data Center World conference and expo in Las Vegas, Nevada from March 25-29. The event, one of the industry’s premier educational and networking opportunties, will be held at the MGM Grand Hotel.

The keynote speaker in Las Vegas will be Christian Belady of Hewlett-Packard, whose presentation (“Getting the most out of your data center – Why does it matter?”) will discuss the evolving shift between infrastructure and energy costs and IT hardware costs, and offer thoughts on ways to ensure optimum operations using emerging industry efficiency metrics.
