Insurer Opens 175,000 SF Colorado Facilitry

The Drive Group of Insurance Companies has announced the completion of a new data center and document production facility in Colorado Springs, Colo. The two-building, 175,000 square-foot project began in June 2005. During the next several months, the company will install the systems required to further ensure uninterrupted service to the more than 30,000 independent insurance agencies that use Drive. More than 140 people are expected to be employed at the new facility.

"This new data center will provide a high level of support for Drive's agency-dedicated Web site, ForAgentsOnly.com (FAO), which helps independent agents and brokers who sell Drive manage and grow their business with us," said Drive Insurance I/T Business Leader, John Kellackey.
