		<description>Indeed. I was giving a tour of our facility to my friend Bill Woodcock a few months ago and he remarked &quot;Who would have ever thought that we network guys would eventually be more worried about Amps and Watts than we are about Bits and Bytes.&quot;

I can say this though, it is the hinge that will raise colocation prices back into the sustainable levels from the unrealistic slump they&#039;ve been in since the industry tanked in 2001.
