CRG West Buys Miami Exchange

Carrier hotel operator CRG West [1] has added the Miami Exchange to its growing portfolio of data centers. The building, located at 2115 NW 22nd St. in Miami, covers 48,000 square feet and provides finished data center space for carriers, VOIP, CLEC, and enterpise customers. The facility was initially built by Williams Communications in 200-2001. No purchase price was announced.

CRG West is part of the huge private investment firm The Carlyle Group, and owns and operates the One Wilshire Building in Los Angeles, Market Post Tower in San Jose, and the 1275 K Street carrier hotel in Washington, D.C.
