Opsware Plans ‘Major Announcement’

Opsware has scheduled a Monday teleconference to “announce major news that marks a significant milestone in the acceleration of the Data Center Automation market and Opsware’s position.” There will be a live webcast of the teleconference on investor.opsware.com. Opsware is perhaps best known for the participation of browser pioneer Marc Andreessen, started life as managed hosting provider and then sold its hosting operation to EDS and focused on automation software. The Motley Fool recently noted that insiders have been buying shares in recent months.
